Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Ķirurģijas aprūpes māsas pieredze darbā ar matu transplantācijas pacientiem”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka cilvēki matu izkrišanai pievērš aizvien lielāku uzmanību gan Latvijā, gan citās valstīs. Latvijā šī procedūra ir salīdzinoši nesen. Ir iedzīvotāji, kas ir interesējušies par veidiem kā saglabāt matus, matu transplantācija ir galējais risinājums, kad nekas vairs nepalīdz. Autors vēlas iepazīstināt cilvēkus ar šo procedūru un papildināt zināšanas tiem, kas par to ir dzirdējuši. Māsas ir daļa no komandas un viņu darbs ir ievērojams šajā jomā. Pētījumā viņas dalīsies ar informāciju kā tas ir būt matu transplantācijas māsai. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ķirurģijas aprūpes māsas pieredzi darbā ar matu transplantācijas pacientiem. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūru par matu transplantāciju; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - intervijas jautājumus; veikt intervijas; analizēt iegūtos rezultātus; izdarīt secinājumus par iegūtajiem rezultātiem. Pētniecības jautājums: : Kāda ir ķirurģijas aprūpes māsas pieredze darbā ar matu transplantācijas pacientiem? Pētniecības instruments: intervijas jautājumi. Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvā metode. Pētījuma rezultātā ir iegūta informācija par to, kāda ir ķirurģijas aprūpes māsas pieredze ar matu transplantācijas pacientiem. Topic of the bachelor’s paper is “ Surgical nurse experience working with hair transplantation patients”. The topicality lies in the fact that people now are paying more attention to hair loss both in Latvia and in other countries. This kind of procedure is relatively recent in Latvia. Some people have shown interest in different ways to maintain their hair, and hair transplantation is the ultimate solution when nothing else seem to help. The author wants to acquaint people with this procedureu and expand the knowledge of those people who have heard about it. Surgical nurses are a part of the team and their work is remarkable in this area. In this study, they share information about how to be a hair transplant nurse. The aim of the paper is to determine the experience of a surgical nurse when working with hair transplantation patients. Objectives are to analyze literature on hair transplantation; to develop the main tool of the study – interview questions; to conduct interviews; analyze the results obtained; draw conclusions about the results. Question of the study: What is the experience of a surgical nurse when working with hair transplantation patients? Main tool of the study: interview questions. Research method used: qualitative method. The study has provided information on the experience of a surgical nurse when dealing with hair transplantation patients. The peculiarities of the work all the nurses have mastered from a doctor who has been practicing it for years, and continued to develop this knowledge, and passed it on to other new colleagues.
