Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Pacienta aprūpe pirms un pēc cirkšņa trūces operācijas. Pētījuma problēma ir aktuāla jo cirkšņa trūce ļoti biezi sastopama saslimšana, no visām trūcēm. Autore veica pētījumu, jo vēlējas uzzināt par aprūpe pirms un pēc cirkšņa trūces operācijas un ko vēlēs zināt pacienti par aprūpi. Darba mērķis analizēt pacienta aprūpi pirms un pēc cirkšņa trūces operācijās. Formulēti 5 pētījuma uzdevumi: veikt literatūras analīzi par pacienta aprūpi pirms un pēc cirkšņa trūces operācijās, pacienta izglītošana pirms un pēc cirkšņa trūces operācija, pacienta drošība un komforta nodrošinājums: analizēt Callista Roy māszinību teoriju; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – interviju un veikt pētījumu; apstrādāt, analizēt iegūtos pētījuma rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma metode- kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode , instruments - intervija. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir pacientu aprūpe pirms un pēc cirkšņa trūces operācijās? Ko vēlēs zināt pacienti par aprūpi pirms un pēc cirkšņa trūces operācijās? Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka darba mērķis ir sasniegts un uz uzdotajiem jautājumiem ir atrasti atbilde. Bakalaura darba izstrādāšanai tika izmantoti 32 zinātniskās literatūras avoti.

The subject on the Bachelor’s - Patient care before and after groin hernia surgery. The problem of research is topical because groin hernia is a very common disease, from all the hernia. The author conducted a study because she wanted to know about care before and after groin hernia surgery and what patients would like to know about care. The aim of the work is to analyze the patient's care before and after groin surgery. 5 research tasks were formulated: to analyze literature on patient care before and after groin surgery, patient education before and after groin surgery, patient safety and comfort provision: analyze Callista Roy's nursing theory; to develop a research tool - an interview and a study; process, analyze the results of the study and draw conclusions. Research method - qualitative research method, tool - interview. Research question: What is patient care before and after groin surgery? What do patients want to know about care before and after groin surgery? The results of the study show that the goal of the work has been achieved and the answers to the questions have been found. In order to elaborate the Bachelor’s Paper, 32 sources of scientific literature have been used.
