Bērnu vecāku priekšstati par sabiedrības veselības veicināšanu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir bērnu vecāku priekšstati par sabiedrības veselības veicināšanu. Sabiedrības veselība ir neatņemama daļa no katra cilvēka. Visā pasaulē un arī Latvijā ir izstrādāta ilgtermiņa sabiedrības veselības veicinoša attīstības stratēģija. Lielākā daļa tiek uzsvērta un balstīta uz ģimeni, veselību un sabiedrību kopumā. Veselības veicināšana un izglītošana ir atkarīga no ģimenes dzīvesveidu tradīcijām. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo veidojas jaunas ģimenes un strauji mainās apkārtējā vide un tehnoloģijas, līdz ar to vajag nepārtraukti novērot un izglītot bērnu vecākus, lai pasaulē būtu vesela sabiedrība. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot bērnu vecāku priekšstatus par sabiedrības veselības veicināšanas iespējām pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē un sabiedrībā, līdz ar to autore izvirzīja pētījuma uzdevumus: 1) veikt zinātniskās literatūras analīzi par bērnu veselības veicināšanu sabiedrībā; 2) izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu; 3) veikt bērnu vecāku anketēšanu; 4) rezultātu apkopošanu un datu analīzi; 5) izdarīt secinājumus. Bakalaura darba izvirzītā hipotēze – vecākiem pastāv iespēja bērnu veselības veicināšanai un lielā mērā tas ir atkarīgs no zināšanām un vecāku sadarbības. Pētniecības darba ietvaros bija veikta bērnu vecāku aptauja vienā no Rīgas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēm un izmantota – kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode. Pētījuma hipotēzes apstiprinājums: Bērnu vecāki ir labi informēti par sabiedrības veselības veicināšanu. Daudzām ģimenēm ir priekšstats par veselīgu un aktīvu dzīves veidu, ka viņu bērni ir fiziski aktīvi, pievērš lielu uzmanību uzturam un augsti novērtēja bērnu imunizāciju. Dalījās viedoklis izglītības veicināšanā, bet lielākā daļa no vecākiem ir gatavi uzzināt jaunumus un sekot to izpildīšanai. Theme of the Bachelor paper is – Concept of children’s parents on promotion of public health. Public health is an unalienable part of every person. Long-term public health promotion development strategy is elaborated in the whole world and also in Latvia. The main stress is put on the family, health and the society in general. Health promotion and education depend on lifestyle of the family and traditions. The theme is topical because new families are formed, the environment around us and technologies changes very fast. That is why it is necessary to observe all the time and educate parents of the children to have healthy society in the world. Aim of the Bachelor paper is to determine concepts of the children’s parents on possibilities of public health promotion in pre-school educational institution and in the society on the whole. Thus the author nominated tasks of the research: 1) to carry out an analysis of scientific literature on promotion of children 's health in the society; 2) to elaborate instrument of the research - questionnaire; 3) to carry out questioning of the children’s parents; 4) to do summary of the results and data analyses; 5) to draw conclusions. Hypothesis of the Bachelor paper – parents have a chance to promote children 's health and it depend to a large extent on knowledge and parental cooperation. In the framework of research work children parents ‘questioning was carried out in one of Riga pre-school educational institutions. Quantitative research method was used. Confirmation of the hypothesis of the research: Children 's parents are well informed about promoting public health. Many families have a concept on healthy and active lifestyle, that their children are physically active, they pay a lot of attention to food and highly appreciate immunization. Points of view differed concerning promotion of education, but most of parents are ready to get to know the news and follow their implementation.
