Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “ Pacientu aprūpe pēc auss operācijas stacionārā.” Tēmas aktualitāte ir saistīta ar pieaugušo auss operāciju biežuma pieaugšanu. Bakalaura darba mērķis- izpētīt galvenos aprūpes principus pacientiem pēc auss operācijām stacionārā. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru par auss operācijas veidiem un aprūpi; D. Oremas māszinību teorijas sasaistīšana ar darba tēmu; izveidot pētījuma instrumentu un veikt interviju; veikt informācijas apkopošanu un analīzi; izdarīt secinājumus. Darba autore izvirzīja pētniecisko jautājumu- Kādi ir galvenie aprūpes principi stacionārā pacientiem pēc auss operācijas? Autore izvēlējās kvalitatīvo metodi. Tika izstrādāti strukturēta intervija, lai noskaidrotu galvenos aprūpes principus pēc auss operācijas stacionārā. Pētījums norisinājās Rīgas X slimnīcā. Piedalījās 6 praktizējošas medicīnas māsas, kuras veic pacientu aprūpi pēc auss operācijas stacionārā.

Theme of Bachelor's Thesis: "Patient care after ear surgery in hospital." The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the main care principles for patients after ear surgery in hospital. Tasks of the Bachelor's thesis: to analyze the literature on the types and care of ear surgery; Linking the Orem Nursing Theory to the Theme of the Work; create a research tool and conduct an interview; collecting and analyzing information; to draw conclusions. The author put forward research questions - What are the main principles of hospital care for patients after ear surgery? The author chose the quantitative method. A structured interview was developed to clarify the main principles of care after an ear surgery in a hospital. The study was conducted at the Riga X Hospital. There were 6 nursing nurses taking care of patients after an inpatient surgery.
