Tehnoloģiju izmantošana darbinieku komunikācijā ar vadītāju

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Tehnoloģiju izmantošana darbinieku komunikācijā ar vadītāju” viens no mērķiem ir noskaidrot, kā darbinieki komunicē ar vadītājiem, izmantojot tehnoloģijas. Savukārt otrs - izpētīt, cik lielā mērā darbinieki ir apmierināti ar komunikāciju ar vadītājiem klātienē un izmantojot tehnoloģijas. Lai sasniegtu mērķus tika izvirzīti trīs hipotēzes un viens pētnieciskais jautājums. Šajā pētījumā kā teorētiskais pamats tika izmantota tīklotā individuālisma un strukturācijas teorija. Datu vākšanas metode bija aptaujas anketa un daļēji strukturētas ekspertu intervijas. Pētījumā tika iegūta informācija par to kādā veidā visbiežāk darbinieki komunicē ar vadītājiem, izmantojot tehnoloģijas, tāpat arī par to, cik lielā mērā viņi ir apmierināti ar šādu komunikāciju, un cik brīvi jūtas to izmantojot.

One of the aims of the research “Use of Technologies in Employees` Communication with Manager ” is to find out how employees communicate with their managers using technologies. Second – how satisfied the employees are with the communication using technologies. To achieve goals three hypotheses and one research question were raised. Theoretical basis of the research is theory of structuration and networked individualism. Data collection method is questionnaire and semi structured expert interview. The results of this research is the information on the preferred method of communication that includes technology among employees and manger. And how satisfied and comfortable they are with the use of such communication tools.
