Krievijas loma Francijas drošības politikā

Abstract

Darbā pētīta Krievijas loma Francijas drošības politikā 2007.-2017. gadā F. Olanda un N. Sarkozi prezidentūru laikā. Pētījums veikts reālisma pieejas ietvaros, izmantojot S. Volta draudu līdzsvara teoriju. Krievijas loma Francijas drošības politikā klasificēta atbilstoši tematikai, periodiskajai aktualitātei, B. Buzana pieciem drošības sektoriem, kā arī Buzana un O. Vēvera reģionālajiem drošības kompleksiem. Pētījums pierāda hipotēzi, ka Krievijas loma Francijas drošības politikā ir mainījusies, un identificē būtiskākos minētās lomas aspektus.

This research covers the role of Russia in the security policy of France between 2007 and 2017 during the presidencies of Francois Hollande and Nicolas Sarcozi. It follows the tenets of Realism, using the balance of threat theory by Stephen Walt. The role of Russia in the security policy of France is categorized according to topics, timing, security sectors by Barry Buzan and regional security complexes by Buzan and Ole Vaever. This research proves the hypothesis that the role of Russia in the security policy of France has changed and identifies the most relevant elements of the said role.
