Karavīra personības iezīmju saistība ar izdegšanas līmeni

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija pārbaudīt karavīru personības iezīmju saistību ar izdegšanas līmeni. Pētījuma pamatjautājums un papildjautājums bija noskaidrot kādas konkrētas personības iezīmes biežāk korelē ar izdegšanu militārajā vidē, gan personālam, kas veic taktiski praktisku darbu, gan administratīva darba veicējiem. Aplūkojot literatūru par izdegšanu un piecu faktoru personības modeli var secināt, ka ir nepieciešama dziļāka izpētē par izdegšanas procesu un to saistību ar personības iezīmēm (Carlson, & Thomas, 2006; Lamberth, Altheimer & Hogan, 2010; Lamberth, Hogan, Jiang, & Jenkins, 2009). Pētījumā personības iezīmju noteikšanai tika izmantota Personības iezīmju mērīšanai tika izmantota Lielā Piecnieka aptauja (The Big Five Inventory; BFI, John, Donahue, & Kentle, 1991; Benet-Martínez & John, 1998; John & Srivastava, 1999); latviešu valodas versija Austers, 2007; Perepjolkina, & Kālis 2012). Izdegšanas līmeņa noteikšanai tika izmantota “Aptauja emocionālā izdegšanas līmeņa noteikšanai. Maslach Burnout Inventory, (Maslach, 1981; latviešu versijā, Skangale, 2004). Pētījuma piedalījās 80 respondenti vecumā 18 līdz 50 gadiem. Pētījumā tika secināts ka personības iezīme neirotisms viss ciešāk kolorē ar izdegšanu. Statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības netika atklātas starp personības iezīmēm un izdegšanu starp taktiski praktiskā darba darītājiem un administratīvā darba darītājiem militārajā vidē.

The aim of the reaserch was to check the relatioship between personality traits and burnout level amoung military personeel. The main question of the reaserch was to understand is there correlation between personality traits and burnout level amoung militarists. And the second question was to check are there any personality traits and burnout diffrences between personeel as tactical and as well administrative duty doing soldiers. A review of the literature on burnout and the five-factor personality model suggests more in-depth research is needed on the burnout process and its relationship to personality traits (Carlson, & Thomas, 2006; Lambert, Altheimer, & Hogan, 2010; Lambert, Hogan, Jiang, & Jenkins, 2009). The study used the “Big Five survey” to determine personality traits, Personības iezīmju mērīšanai tika izmantota Lielā Piecnieka aptauja (The Big Five Inventory; BFI, John, Donahue, & Kentle, 1991; Benet-Martínez & John, 1998; John & Srivastava, 1999; Latvian version of Auster, 2007; Perepyolkina, & Kālis 2012). To determine the level of burnout, was used.”Inventory of burnout level”, “Maslach Burnout Inventory”, Maslach, (1981); ”Inventory of burnout level” latvian version of Skangale, (2004). 80 respondents aged 18 to 50 participated in the study. The study concluded that personality trait neuroticism is the more closely colored by burnout. There was not statistically significant differences found between personality traits and burnout between tactical and administrative workers in the military environment.
