Skolēnu disciplīnas problēmu risinājumi pozitīvas uzvedības veidošanā pamatskolā

Abstract

Skolēna uzvedību ietekmē apkārtējā vide, kā arī skolotāju, klasesbiedru, skolasbiedru un vecāku attieksme pret skolēnu. Viena no personām, ar kuru notiek skolēnam nepārtraukta mijiedarbība skolas dzīvē, ir skolotājs. Būtībā profesionālam skolotājam ir jāaptver vairākas profesijas. Viņam ir jābūt labam psihologam, diplomātam, vadītājam un audzinātājam, jāpiemīt klasvadības talants. Skolotāja ideāls – skolēns, kuru raksturo pozitīva uzvedība. Tā ir tāda skolēnu uzvedība, kas atbilst skolas iekšējās kārtības noteikumiem. Tā ir uzvedība, kas sagaidāma no visām personām skolā. Maģistra darba tēma: Skolēnu disciplīnas problēmu risinājumi pozitīvas uzvedības veidošanā pamatskolā. Maģistra darba mērķis: izpētīt skolēnu disciplīnas problēmu risinājumus pozitīvas uzvedības veidošanai pamatskolā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, pirmajā daļā autors analizē latviešu un ārzemju autoru atziņas par disciplīnu un uzvedību, bet otrajā daļā autors izzina iespējamos faktorus, kas ietekmē cilvēka uzvedību. Trešajā daļā autors veic pētījumu, izmantojot no respondentiem (skolēniem, skolotājiem) gūto informāciju. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trim daļām (77 lpp.), 24 attēliem, 2 tabulām, 10 secinājumiem, 68 izmantotiem zinātniskās literatūras avotiem un 5 pielikumiem. The behaviour of the pupil is influenced by the surrounding environment, as well as the attitudes of teachers, classmates, other pupils and parents towards the pupil. One of the individuals with whom a pupil has continuous interaction at school is a teacher. In fact, a professional teacher must cover a number of professions. He must be a good psychologist, a diplomat, a manager, and a tutor and possess the talent of class management. The ideal of a teacher is a student characterized by positive behaviour. It is the behaviour of pupils who comply with the rules of the internal order of the school. It is the behaviour that is expected from all individuals at school. The subject of Master's Thesis: Solutions for Student Disciplinary Problems in Creating Positive Behaviour in Primary School. The aim of Master's Thesis is to investigate the solutions of pupils' discipline problems to develop positive behaviour in primary school. In order to achieve the aim, in the first part the author analyses the knowledge of Latvian and foreign authors on discipline and behaviour, while in the second part the author examines possible factors that affect human behaviour. In the third part the author carries out a study using the information from respondents (pupils, teachers). The Master's work consists of an introduction, three parts (page 77), 24 images, 2 tables, 10 conclusions, 68 scientific literature sources and 5 annexes.
