Personāla lietvedības dokumentācijas pilnveide SIA "SIMRA".

Abstract

Darba autors: Santa Jansone Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: personāla lietvedības dokumentācijas pilnveide SIA „SIMRA”. Studiju programma: profesionālā augstākās izglītības studiju programma “Cilvēkresursu/Biroja administrēšana” ar specializāciju “Personāla speciālists”. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Mg.psych., lektore Ruta Karloviča Darba mērķis: pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām un ārējiem normatīvajiem dokumentiem par personāla lietvedību, izanalizēt uzņēmuma, SIA „SIMRA”, personāla dokumentācijas sistēmu, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidei. Darba uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt dažādu autoru teorētiskās atziņas, kā arī LR regulējošos normatīvos aktus par personāla lietvedības nosacījumiem uzņēmumā. 2. Veikt uzņēmumā SIA „SIMRA” pētījumu par personāla lietvedības esošo sistēmu un noteikt faktorus, kuri pilnveidojami. 3. Apkopot pētījuma secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus personāla lietvedības dokumentācijas pilnveidei SIA „SIMRA”. Darbs sastāv no: ievada, 3 nodaļām, kurās ietverti 9 attēli, secinājumu un priekšlikumu daļas. Pētījums balstās uz 21 avotu analīzes. Tā pirmajā nodaļā: apskatīta personāla lietvedības dokumentācijas pārvaldības būtība un reglamentējošie normatīvie akti. Ir aplūkots uzņēmuma darbības raksturojums. Otrajā nodaļā: ir veikts uzņēmuma darbības raksturojums un personāla lietvedības procesa analīze. Trešajā nodaļā: tiek analizēta personāla lietvedības sistēmas nepieciešamība uzņēmumā un atbilstība noteiktiem standartiem. Rezultātā: pētījums ir nozīmīgs uzņēmumam SIA „SIMRA”, izvērtējot līdzšinējo uzņēmuma personāla lietvedības sistēmu, kā noteiktas dokumentu grupas, kuras pilnveidojamas un ieviešamas turpmākajā darbībā. Darba apjoms: 46 lpp. Tajā ir 9 attēli un 12 bibliogrāfiskās vienības. Darbā izmantoti: LR normatīvie dokumenti, kas regulē personāla lietvedības procesu uzņēmumā, dažādu autoru teorētiskie avoti par personālvadību un lietvedību. Pētījumā izmantoti arī uzņēmuma nepublicētie dokumenti un darba autora veiktās aptaujas rezultāti (32 respondenti). To analyze theoretical conclusions of various authors, as well as the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia regarding the conditions for personnel records management within the company. 2. To perform a study about the existing system of personnel records management in the company “SIMRA” Ltd and to identify the factors that requireimprovement . 3. To summarize study conclusions and to develop proposals for improving personnel records management within the company. The work consists of: introduction, 3 chapters containing 9 pictures, conclusions and proposals. The study is based on the analysis of 21 sources. Chapter one: deals with the nature of the management of personnel records and the regulatory framework. Moreover, the nature of the company business is examined. Chapter two: the description of the company business , as well as the analysis of the personnel records management processhas been performed. Chapter three: analyzes the need for a system of personnel records management in the company and its compliance to certain standards. As a result: the study is important to the company “SIMRA” Ltd., assessing the current personnel records management system of the company, as defined groups of documents, which are to be completed and to be introduced in the future. Amount of work:46 pages. It contains 9 pictures and 12 bibliography units. The work contains: the regulatory documents of the Republic of Latvia governing the proceedings of personnel within the company, as well as theoretical sources of various authors about personnel management and records management. Moreover, the study also uses 4 the company's unpublished documents and the results of the survey conducted by the author of the work (32 respondents).
