Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek izzinātas zinātnieku, pedagogu un psihologu Ž.Piažē, Ļ.Vigotska, L.Obuhovas, A.Šponas, D.Lieģenieces, D.Dzinteres, D.Hailoka un A.Kokburnas, E.Geista, Dž.Robertsones, A.Lopatinas, I.Prudņikovas, H.Helmingas, I.Stangaines, R.Ukstiņas, Ē.Ēriksona, G.Svences atziņas par 4 – 5 gadus vecu bērnu attīstību, matemātisko priekšstatu veidošanos un rotaļas nozīmi attīstībā. Kvalifikācijas darba empīriskajā daļā tiek analizēta rotaļas ietekme uz bērnu matemātiskajiem priekšstatiem 3 kritērijos: objektu skaits un cipars no 0 līdz 9, orientēšanās plaknē un daudzumu salīdzināšana. Galvenie secinājumi: 4–5 gadu vecumā rotaļa sekmē bērna intelektuālo, fizisko, sociālo un emocionālo attīstību kopveselumā. Matemātiskie priekšstati attīstās sekmīgāk, ja tiek iekļauti kustību un didaktiskajās rotaļās. Rotaļa nodrošina emocionālu un jēgpilnu bērna darbību, apmierina viņa izziņas, saskarsmes, kustību aktivitātes vajadzības. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms ir 68 lappuses, 18 attēli, 5 tabulas, 7 pielikumi, 37 literatūras avoti. Atslēgvārdi: 4–5 gadus veci bērni, matemātisko priekšstatu attīstība, didaktiskās un kustību rotaļas. Author of the qualification work: Gunta Rubīna–Eiduka Theme of work: development of mathematical concepts throughout play for 4–5 years old children. The aim of the study: research theoretically and empirically development options of mathematical concepts for 4–5 years old kids throughout didactic and movement games. The theoretical part of the work explores the conclusions of scientists, educators and psychologists J.Piaget, L.Vygotsky, L.Obuhova, A.Špona, D.Lieģeniece, D.Dzintere, D.Haylock, A.Cockburn, E.Geist, J.Robertson, A.Lopatina, I.Prudņikova, H.Helming, I.Stangaine, R.Ukstiņa, E.Erikson, G.Svence about the development of 4–5 year old children, mathematical concepts and the role of play in it. The empirical part of the work analyses influences of play on children's mathematical concepts in three criteria: number of objects and digits from 0 to 9, orientation in the plane and comparison of quantities. Main conclusions: At the age of 4–5 the play facilitates the child's intellectual, physical, social and emotional growth. Mathematical concepts evolve more successfully when incorporated into movement and didactic games. The play ensures emotional and meaningful action, satisfies child’s needs for cognition, communication and movement. The qualification work consists of 68 pages, 18 pictures, 5 tables, 7 supplements and 37 sources of literature. Key words: 4–5 years old children; development of mathematical concepts; didactic and movement games.
