Abstract

Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: 1.Raksturot uzņēmuma darbības teorētiskos aspektus un analizēšanas metodes. 2.Analizēt SIA “Ventplac” darbību, izvērtējot svarīgākos iekšējās un ārējā vides faktorus. 3.Novērtēt būtiskākos SIA “Ventplac” finanšu rādītājus. 4.Veikt SIA “Ventplac” konkurētspējas un tirgus situācijas analīzi. 5.Raksturot situāciju nozarē un noteikt nozares attīstības tendences. 6.Izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības pilnveidošanai un attīstībai. Pētījuma periods: no 2016. gada 1. janvāra līdz 2019. gada 31. oktobrim. Izmantoto avotu raksturojums: Vadībzinību un uzņēmējdarbības teorija, zinātniskā un profesionālā literatūra, publikācijas un nozares informācija, tai skaitā no interneta resursiem. Jānis Bisenieks Bachelor’s thesis: “Assessment of business performance and development options of the port terminal “Ventplac” LLC in the Ventspils freeport.” The objective of the bachelor’s thesis: to describe theoretical aspects of business activity and methods of analysis and, based on the obtained results, to analyze the business activity of Ventplac LLC so far, and to draw conclusions and proposals for improvement and development of business activities.
