Darba samaksa un darba samaksas sistēmas izpēte uzņēmumā SIA "ABC"

Abstract

Diplomdarba “DARBA SAMAKSA UN DARBA SAMAKSAS SISTĒMAS IZPĒTE UZŅĒMUMĀ SIA “ABC”” mērķis, pamatojoties uz darba samaksas teorētiskajām atziņām, identificēt normatīvajos aktos un pētāmajā uzņēmumā SIA “ABC” nepilnības un minēt priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Diplomdarbā ir izpētīti Latvijas normatīvie dokumenti, ekonomiskā literatūra, statistiskie dati un uzņēmuma SIA “ABC” nepublicētie materiāli, kā arī veikti praktiski aprēķini. Diplomdarbā izstrādāšanas gaitā autore konstatē, ka darba samaksas sistēma ir cieši saistīta ar likumdošanu un cilvēku izpratni par atalgojumu. Diplomdarba autore konstatēja virkni nepilnību normatīvajos aktos un uzņēmumā SIA “ABC”, un izstrādāja priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Objective of the paper “REMUNERATION AND STUDY OF REMUNERATION SYSTEM AT SIA “ABC”” — to identify, based on theoretical conclusions of the remuneration, deficiencies of laws and regulations and of the company SIA “ABC”, as well as to offer proposals for their prevention. In the paper, the author studies Latvian regulatory documents, literature about economics, statistics data and unpublished materials of SIA “ABC” and also makes practical calculations. During writing of the paper, the author establishes that the remuneration system is closely related to legislation and individuals’ understanding of the remuneration. The author of the paper establishes various deficiencies in laws and regulations and SIA “ABC” and develops proposals for their prevention.
