Biznesa Eņģeļu darbība

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir uz statistisko datu pamata izpētīt un analizēt biznesa eņģeļu darbību Latvijā, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus Latvijas Biznesa eņģeļu tikla darbības pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīti biznesa eņģeļu jēdziens ekonomikā, kādi ir to trūkumi un priekšrocības, darbības raksturojums. Darbā otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkoti Eiropas biznesa eņģeļu tīkla darbība, aplūkota pašreizējā situācija un līdzšinējā Biznesa eņģeļu jomas attīstība, pašreizējā situācija un līdzšinējā Biznesa eņģeļu jomas attīstība, biznesa eņģeļu tīklu vides attīstība Lietuvā un Igaunijā.. Trešā nodaļa tiek salīdzināta un analizēta Biznesa eņģeļu darbība Latvijā un Eiropa, uzņēmumu darbības nodokļu vide, konkrēta uzņēmuma piemērs, biznesa eņģeļu tikls salīdzinājums. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study and analyze business angel activity in Latvia based on statistical data, to draw conclusions and to make proposals for improvement of the activity of Latvian Business Angel network. The first chapter of the Bachelor's thesis examines the concept of business angels in the economy, what their shortcomings and advantages are the characteristics of their activities. The second chapter deals with the operation of the network of European business angels, examines the current situation and the development of the Business Angels sector, the current situation and the development of the Business Angels sector, the development of the business angel network in Lithuania and Estonia. The third chapter is compared and analyzed The Business Angels in Latvia and Europe, corporate tax environment, example of a particular company, network of business angels.
