Darbinieku apmierinātība un motivācijas sistēma uzņēmumā SIA "Papīrs un kafija"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Darbinieku apmierinātība un motivācijas sistēma uzņēmumā ‘’Papīrs un kafija’’. Mūsdienu strauju attīstošajā tehnoloģiju Pasaulē darba devējs nereti neseko līdzi pārmaiņām un darbinieku aktuālajām vajadzībām. Laikam ejot, darbinieku motivējošie faktori strauji mainās, un atalgojums vairs nav vienīgais noteicošais, un tādēļ darba autors šajā darbā vēlējās izpētīt, kādi faktori šobrīd motivē personālu. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir iegūt un izprast informāciju no dažādiem informācijas avotiem, un, veicot aptauju uzņēmumā ‘’Papīrs un kafija’’, analizēt darbinieku šī brīža apmierinātību ar motivācijas sistēmu. Izanalizējot teoriju, aptaujas un interviju, darba autors nonāk pie secinājumiem un izrietot no tiem, sniedz priekšlikumus par motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanu pētāmajā uzņēmumā. Darba autors secina, ka darba vadītājam ir jāmotivē vairāk jaunie darbinieki, lai tās nebūtu tikai īslaicīgas darba attiecības. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 67 lapaspuses, iekļauti 28 attēli un 1 pielikums. Darbā tika izmantoti 40 literatūras avoti.

The theme of the Bachelor thesis is ‘’Employee satisfaction and motivation system in company ‘’Papīrs un kafija’’. In today's fast-paced world of technology, an employer is often not keeping up with the changes and current needs of employees. As time goes on, the motivational factors of employees change rapidly, and salary is no longer the only determinant, and so the author wanted to research what factors are currently motivating the employees. The Bachelor's thesis aims to obtain and understand information from various sources of information and to analyze employee’s current satisfaction with the motivation system by surveying the company ‘’Papīrs un kafija’’. After analyzing the theory, surveys and interview, the author comes to conclusions and, based on them, makes suggestions for improvement of the motivation system in the researched company. The author concludes that the supervisor needs to motivate more recruits so that they are not just short-term employment relationships. The Bachelor thesis consists of 67 pages, 28 pictures, 1 appendix. 40 sources of literature were used in the thesis.
