Pārmaiņu vadības ieviešana uzņēmuma SIA “TAV LATVIA OPERATION SERVICES” saimnieciskās darbības pilveidošanai

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pārmaiņu vadības ieviešanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA “TAV Latvia Operation Services” un izstrādāt pārmaiņu vadības ieviešanas plānu tā saimnieciskās darbības pilnveidošanai. Pārmaiņu vadības ieviešana ir nepieciešama, lai uzņēmums spētu efektīvi pielāgoties strauji mainošai uzņēmējdarbības videi aviācijas nozarē un minimizēt ārējo faktoru ietekmi uz saimnieciskās darbības rezultātiem. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek izskaidrots jēdziens “pārmaiņas”, ir aprakstītas pārmaiņu vadības veidi un pieejas. Otrajā nodaļā ir analizēti uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības procesi, klientu un darbinieku izpētes rezultātā ir identificētas galvenās problēmas. Trešajā nodaļā, tiek izstrādāti pārmaiņu vadības ieviešanas plāns un priekšlikumi galveno problēmu risināšanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 70 lappuses, tas satur 18 attēlus, 9 tabulas, 5 pielikumus, 1 formulu un 31 izmantotās literatūras avotus.

The purpose of Bachelor thesis is to explore the opportunities of applying the change management into company’s SIA “TAV Latvia Operation Services” business activities and to develop the change management implementation plan. It is necessary to increase the company’s efficiency of adapting to the constantly changing external factors in aviation domain and to minimize the risk of it’s negative impact on key results. The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. First chapter explains the concept of “change”, describes the change management types and the most efficient approaches. In second chapter, the company’s business activities are analyzed, and the main problems are identified through clients and employees research. In third chapter, the change management implementation plan is prepared for the execution and suggestions are formulated. Thesis is written in 70 pages, it contains 18 pictures, 9 tables, 5 attachments and 31 sources on the literature list.
