Vadības stilu analīze un darbinieku motivācija uzņēmumā "X"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Vadības stilu analīze un darbinieku motivācija uzņēmumā “X””. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot vadības stilu dažādību un to iedarbību uz darbinieku motivāciju un veiktspēju uzņēmumā ”X”. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, padziļināti tika izmantoti literatūras materiāli par vadības stilu dažādību un dažādajiem motivācijas faktoriem, kā arī iegūtie dati no veiktās aptaujas un intervijas. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apskatīts vadīšanas jēdziens, vadīšanas stili un to lietošana, raksturīgās iezīmes starp darbinieka attiecībām ar vadītāju, kā arī līderības jēdziens un tā nozīme. Otrajā nodaļā ir raksturots motivācijas jēdziens, motivācijas teorijas un atalgojuma sistēmas izveides pamati. Trešajā nodaļā tika apkopoti un analizēti dati no veiktās aptaujas un iegūtās intervijas. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 57 lappusēm, kurās ir 10 attēli, 6 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. The theme of the Bachelor’s thesis is “Management styles analysis and employee motivation in organization “X””. The aim of the thesis is to understand the different styles of management and how they effect employee motivation and performance in organization “X”. Sources of literature and results of the survay and the interview helped to achieve the goal of the Bachelor’s thesis. The Bachelor’s thesis consists of three chapters. Chapter one describes management itself, different management styles and it’s usage and the relationship with management and employees. Chapter two consists of information about the concept of motivation and it’s theories and about the establishment of salary system. Chapter three consists of combined results of the surway and interview. The Bachelor’s thesis consists of 57 pages, 10 photos, 6 tables and 2 appendices.
