Sākumizglītības skolotāju sadarbības loma izglītības kvalitātes monitoringā

Abstract

Izglītības satura un pieejas jomā šobrīd norisinās pārmaiņu procesi, kas skar skolēnus, skolotājus, mācībspēkus, skolu vadītājus, izglītības politikas veidotājus, uzņēmējus un sabiedrību kopumā. Nepieciešamība uzlabot sadarbību visos līmeņos noteica maģistra darba tēmu - “Sākumizglītības skolotāju sadarbības loma izglītības kvalitātes monitoringā”. Pētījumā analizēta skolotāju profesionālās mācīšanās kopienu un skolotāju sadarbības grupu loma izglītības kvalitātes monitoringā. Maģistra darbā, analizējot teorētisko literatūru, noskaidrotas skolotāju sadarbības formas, kas var ietekmēt skolotāju profesionālo darbību un veicināt skolēnu sasniegumu pieaugumu. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā, tika izpētīti x vidusskolas skolotāju viedokļi par skolotāju profesionālās mācīšanās kopienu un sadarbības grupām un izveidoti ieteikumi izglītības kvalitātes monitoringam skolā, sākumizglītības posmā. Changes are ongoing in the area of educational content and approach, affecting students, teachers, teaching staff, school directors, education policy creators, businessman and society as a whole. The need to improve cooperation at all levels determined the theme of the Master's work – “The Role of Primary School Teachers Cooperation in Education Quality Monitoring”. The study analyses the role of teachers' vocational learning communities and teacher cooperation groups in education quality monitoring. Analyzing theoretical literature in Master's work, forms of teacher cooperation has been clarified, which can affect the professional performance of teachers and increase the achievement of students. In the empirical part of the reaserch, were studied x views of high school teachers on the teacher professional learning community and cooperation groups and established recommendations for monitoring the quality of education at school in primary education phase.
