Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 63 lappuses. Since the court is the only institution entitled to judge the court, the judge is the one who carries the responsibility for bringing a fair outcome of the case to the parties. A person has the right to a lawful hearing of the case, which is provided directly by the court (judge) and in the event that it is not ensured that, the judge is held liable and his or her actions are evaluated. Both, in the performance of the duties and outside the work, the judge must comply with the statutory norms and the ethics of the judge. Judging the court, the judge can’t have his own interests and he is subject only to the law. In the event of an infringement, the judge is responsible for his actions and he is not released from it. The subject of the master's thesis is “The liability of a judge as an instrument of ensuring justice”. The aim of the master's thesis is to carry out research and analysis of judges' liability regulation, ascertaining whether the judge's responsibility is which ensure that justice is respected and whether the existing disciplinary regime "requires" the judge to act fairly. The work deals with and analyses infringements of judges and the author makes proposals that would possibly reduce the number of offences committed. Master's thesis consists of three chapters. The total amount of work is 63 pages.
