Runas attīstības veicināšana bērniem ar kohleāro implantu pirmsskolā pirmajā pusgadā pēc implantācijas

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba “Runas attīstības veicināšana bērniem ar kohleāro implantu pirmajā pusgadā pēc implantācijas” mērķis ir izpētīt pirmsskolas vecuma vājdzirdīgo bērnu runas attīstības dinamiku pirmajā pusgadā pēc kohleārās implantācijas. Šis kvalifikācijas darbs ir balstīts uz dažādu pētnieku, ārstu, psihologu un logopēdu viedokļiem un teorijām par pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu runas attīstīšanu pirmajā pusgadā pēc kohleārās implantācijas. Kvalifikācijas darba struktūra atspoguļo teorētiskās literatūras izpēti – pirmā nodaļa tiek veltīta runas attīstībai pirmsskolas vecumā, otrā nodaļa sastāv no trijām apakšnodaļām un define kohleārās implantācijas jēdzienu, būtību, klasifikāciju. Trešā nodaļa analizē pedagoģiskās novērošanas gaitu un rezultātus, izskaidro speciālistu un vecāku aptaujas atbildes, kā arī piedāva uzdevumus runas attīstības veicināšanai bērniem pirmajā pusgadā pēc kohleārās implantācijas. Izvēlētā kvalifikācijas darba tēma atspoguļo darba autores interesi, tēmas aktualitāti pedagoģijas nozarē un atbild uz būtiskākajiem tēmas jautājumiem un problēmām. The main goal of this qualification paper “The promotion of speech development for the preschool children with a cochlear implant in the first six months after the implantation” is to investigate the dynamics of speech development in preschool children with hearing loss in the first semester after the cochlear implantation. This qualification paper is based on the theories and views of different researchers, doctors, psychologists’ and speech therapists about the speech development of the preschool children in the first six months after the cochlear implantation. This qualification paper reflects the literature analysis - the first chapter is devoted to the speech development at preschool age, the second chapter consists of three subchapters and speaks about the definition of a cochlear implantation, its classification. The third chapter analyses the process of the pedagogical observation, main results, describes the specialists' and parents' answers of the questionnaire and presents the exercised used for speech development of the preschool children in the first six months after the cochlear implantation The chosen theme of the qualification paper reflect the author's interest towards this theme, the topicality of this problem in the field of pedagogy and gives the answers on the most significant questions and problems discussed in this paper.
