Pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības formas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: “Pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības formas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē”. Darba autore: Aija Kurpniece. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Mg. paed., Mg. psych. Ilze Kricka. Darbā izvirzītais mērķis ir pētīt pielietotās mūsdienu sadarbības formas starp pedagogiem un vecākiem un to efektivitāti pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Mūsdienu dzīves ritmā, kad vecāku aizņemtība būtiski ietekmē izglītības un vecāku savstarpējo sadarbību, svarīga loma ir pedagoga atbilstoši izvēlētām sadarbības formām, kas ļauj sasniegt vēlamos sadarbības mērķus un pietiekošu vecāku iesaisti. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Pirmajā daļā autore teorētiski raksturo sadarbības veidošanu un sadarbības formas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Pētījuma teorētiskā daļa balstās uz A. Raževas, A. Baldiņa, L. Brašes, V. Golubinas, V. Čepeles un citu autoru teorētiskajām atziņām. Otrajā daļā autore pētīja mūsdienu aktuālākās pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības formas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē un to efektivitāti. Pētījuma gaitā tika veikta pedagoģiskā praktiskā izmēģinājuma darbība, kā arī analizēti vecāku un pedagogu anketēšanā iegūtie rezultāti. Pētījuma gaitā hipotēze, ka pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības formas pirmskolas izglītības iestādē būs efektīvas, ja pirmsskolas iestādes pedagogs pielietos daudzveidīgas sadarbības formas un tiks nodrošināta un veicināta vecāku līdzdarbība un ieinteresētība uz bērna attīstību vērstā sadarbības procesā, ir apstiprinājusies.

The aim of the work is to study the applied modern forms of cooperation between teachers and parents and their effectiveness in a pre-school educational institution. In the rhythm of modern life, when the occupation of parents significantly affects the cooperation between education and parents, an important role is played by the pedagogue according to the chosen forms of cooperation, which allows to achieve the desired goals of cooperation and sufficient parental involvement. The paper consists of two parts. In the first part, the author theoretically describes the formation of cooperation and forms of cooperation in a pre-school educational institution. The theoretical part of the research is based on the theoretical findings of A. Raževa, A. Baldiņa, L. Braša, V. Golubina, V. Čepele and other authors. In the second part, the author studied the most current forms of cooperation between teachers and parents in a pre-school educational institution and their effectiveness. In the course of the research, a pedagogical practical test activity was performed, as well as the results obtained in the survey of parents and teachers were analyzed. In the course of the research, the hypothesis that the forms of cooperation between teachers and parents in a pre-school educational institution will be effective if the preschool teacher uses various forms of cooperation and ensures and promotes parental participation and interest in the child development development process is confirmed.
