Vides faktoru ietekme uz "x" izglītības iestādes darbību

Abstract

Darba autores, Lauras Ābeles, bakalaura darba tēma ir “Vides faktoru ietekme uz “x” izglītības iestādes darbību”. Autores mērķis ir analizēt ārējās un iekšējās vides faktorus un to ietekmi uz izglītības iestādes darbību. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, nepieciešams izpētīt un analizēt vides, ārējos un iekšējos izglītības iestādes vides un faktorus, izveidot SVID analīzi, intervēt “x” izglītības iestādes vietnieku par akreditācijas rezultātiem un veikt kvantitatīvo metodi iestādes darbiniekiem. Analizējot iegūtos rezultātus, iestādei pastāv tādi faktori kā likumdošanas izmaiņas, akreditācijas vērtējums, mikrorajona skolu konkurence un reorganizācija ar citu izglītības iestādi. Bakalaura darba apjoms 72 lpp, 1 tabula, 21 attēli un 59 izmantotie literatūras un citu avotu resursi un 4 pielikumi.

The aim of the author is to analyze external and internal environmental factors and their impact on the operation of the educational institution. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to study and analyze the environmental, external and internal educational institution environment and factors, to conduct a SWOT analysis, interview the deputy educational institution "x" about the accreditation results and employees. When analyzing the obtained results, the institution has such factors as legislative changes, accreditation rating, competition between neighborhood schools and reorganization with another educational institution. Bachelor thesis consists of 72 pages, 1 table, 21 pictures and 59 references and 4 appendixes.
