Abstract

Pētnieciskā darba temats: Vidusskolēna karjeras izvēles prasmes veicinošas pedagoģiskās darbības vadība Pētījuma mērķis: Pētīt vidusskolēna karjeras izvēles prasmju būtību un izstrādāt karjeras izvēles prasmes veicinošas pedagoģiskās darbības vadības modeli Atslēgas vārdi: Karjeras izvēles prasmes, pedagoģiskās darbības vadība, pedagoģiskā procesa organizācijas vadības modelis Darba apjoms: 68 lpp, 5 tabulas, 8 attēli, 8 pielikumi, 33 bibliogrāfiskie nosaukumi Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēta literatūra, kas ļāva gūt atziņas par karjeru, tās raksturojumu, karjeras izglītības integrēšanu izglītības procesā. Darba autore konstatēja, ka karjeras izvēli ietekmē dažādi faktori un viens no tiem ir izglītības iestāde. Karjeras izglītībai, kuru piedāvā izglītības iestāde, ir nepieciešams sistemātiskums un pēctecība, kā arī visa pedagoģiskā personāla izpratne par karjeras izglītības integrēšanu mācību procesā. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā autore veica pētījumu, lai noskaidrotu karjeras izglītības integrēšanas realizāciju Salacgrīvas novada vidusskolā, kas sevī ietver izglītības iestādes vadītāja, pedagoģiskā personāla, skolēnu anketēšanu un intervēšanu. Datu apstrādes metodei tika izmantota SPSS PASW Statistics 22 programma un kontentanalīze. Teorētiskās un empīriskās daļas beigās tika izveidots vidusskolēna karjeras izvēles prasmes ietekmējošs pedagoģiskā procesa organizācijas vadības modelis, kas noderēs izglītības iestādēm, organizējot karjeras izglītības integrēšanas procesu.

In the process of writing, the author found that career choices are influenced by a wide variety of factors and one of them is an educational institution. A career education offered by an educational institution requires systematicalness and continuity, as well as the understanding of all pedagogical staff about integrating career education into the learning process. In the empirical part of the study, the author carried out a study to clarify the implementation of the integration of career education in Salacgrivas district secondary school, which includes the questionnaires and interviews of the head of the educational institution, pedagogical staff and pupils. For the data processing method used the SPSS PASW Statistics 22 programme and content analysis. At the end of the theoretical and empirical part developed a management model of the organization of the pedagogical process influencing the career choice skills of a secondary school pupil was developed, which would be useful for the integration of career education by educational institutions.
