Triarhiskās psihopātijas pazīmju dzimumatšķirības

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir izanalizēt zinātnisko literatūru un noskaidrot vai pastāv triarhiskās psihopātijas pazīmju dzimumatšķirības. Pētījuma izlasi veidoja 63 pilngadīgi respondent ar dažādu izglītības līmeni, kuriem tika dota Triarhiskā psihopātijas aptauja. Izlase tika sadalīta divās grupās- 33 vīrieši un 30 sievietes. Salīdzinot rezultātus tika noskaidrots, ka drosmes un disinhibīcijas skalās nepastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības starp vīriešu un sieviešu grupu, savukārt zemiskuma skalā statistiksi nozīmīgas dzimumatšķirības pastāv, vīriešiem ir krietni augstāki rezultāti nekā sievietēm. Iegūtie rezultāti ir saskaņā ar iepriekšējiem pētījumiem.

The aim of the study is to analyze scientific literature and to find out whether there are gender differences in triarchic psychopathy traits. The sample of the study consisted of 63 adult participants with different level of education, who were given the Triarchic psychopathy measure. Sample was divided in two groups- 33 men and 30 women. By comparing the results it was found that there are no statistically significant differences in boldness and disinhibition scales between men and women groups but there are statistically significant gender differences in meanness scale, men have much higher scores than women. The obtained results are in accordance with previous studies.
