Grūtnieču un pirmdzemdētāju depresijas simptomi, trauksme, pašvērtējums un mātes pēcdzemdību saikne ar bērnu

Abstract

Darba pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot grūtnieču depresijas, trauksmes simptomus un pašvērtējumu grūtniecības laikā ar pirmo bērnu un pirmdzemdētāju pēcdzemdību depresijas, trauksmes simptomus, pašvērtējumu un saikni ar bērnu gada laikā pēc dzemdībām. Pētījumā piedalījās 200 grūtnieces gaidībās ar pirmo bērnu, kuras bija vecumā no 18 līdz 38 gadiem (M = 27,27; SD = 4,32), un 200 pirmdzemdētājas vecumā no 18 līdz 46 gadiem (M = 28,08; SD = 4,71), kuras ir kļuvušas par mātēm pēdējā gada laikā. Pētījumā tika izmantota Rozenberga pašcieņas aptauja (Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Rosenberg, 1965), Trauksmes stāvokļa-iezīmes pašnovērtējuma anketa (Spilberger, 1983., State-Trait Anxiety Inventory; STAI), Pēcdzemdību saiknes aptauja (The Postpartum Bonding Questionnaire, PBQ, Brockington et al., 2006) un Edinburgas pēcdzemdību depresijas skala (Edinburg Postnatal Depression Scale, EPDS, Holden, Sagovsky, Cox, 1989). Pēc iegūtajiem rezultātiem var secināt, ka grūtniecēm grūtniecības laikā pazeminās pašvērtējums, paaugstinās trauksmes rādītāji un parādās depresijas simptomi. Savukārt aplūkojot šī pētījuma pirmdzemdētāju rezultātus var secināt, ka pēcdzemdību periodā parādās depresijas simptomi, paaugstinās trauksmes stāvoklis, pašvērtējums pazeminās un saiknes rādītāji ar bērnu ir zemāki no 4-12 mēnesim.

The subject of the study was to identify depression, anxiety symptoms and self-esteem of pregnant women during pregnancy with the first child and first time mothers’ post-natal depression, anxiety symptoms, self-esteem and mother-baby attachment during the year after giving birth. The study involved 200 pregnant women with the first child aged 18 to 38 years (M = 27,27; SD = 4,32) and 200 first time mothers aged 18 to 46 years (M = 28,08; SD = 4,71) who have become mothers during the last year. It can be concluded from the results that pregnant women have reduced self-esteem, increased anxiety rates and symptoms of depression during pregnancy. symptoms of depression appear in the post-natal period, and anxiety increased, a lower self-esteem and a mother-baby attachment rates are lower from 4 to 12 months.
