Abstract

Darba autores Diplomdarba tēma ir “Pakalpojuma dizaina nozīme lauku tūrisma attīstībā”. Pētījuma tēma ir aktuāla, jo rūpīgi un kvalitatīvi izstrādāta pakalpojuma dizaina struktūra sniedz izpratni par klienta vēlmēm un veicina klientu piesaisti, kas ir viens no galvenajiem faktoriem veiksmīgam un pelnošam uzņēmumam. Šo tēmu darba autore izvēlējās, jo viņai šķita saistoši un noderīgi izpētīt pakalpojumu dizaina sniegtās iespējas, saikni ar Lietotāju pieredzes dizainu un interjera projektēšanu. Darba autore ir Latvijas Universitātes ceturtā kursa studente Evita Neimane. Bakalaura darba “Pakalpojumu dizaina nozīme lauku tūrisma attīstībā” galvenie mērķi ir veidot mūsdienu komforta un servisa prasībām atbilstošu iekārtojumu un interjeru viesu namam (hostelim), kas atradīsies bijušo dzirnavu esošajā Dobelnieku HES ēkā, vienlaicīgi radot funkcionāli un estētiski piemērotu vidi dažādām ceļotāju grupām, respektējot nama vēsturi un funkcijas. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām– teorētiskā apskata, pētījumu metodoloģijas un norises kā arī radošās daļas. Pirmā daļa ietver informāciju par naktsmītņu veidošanās pirmsākumiem, attīstības vēsturi Latvijā un citur pasaulē, kā arī izmitināšanas sektora struktūras, klasifikācijas un kategorizācijas apskatu. Lai iegūtu informāciju un izdarītu secinājumus, kas gan apstiprinātu naktsmītnes tipa izvēles pamatotību, gan būtu noderīgi interjera projekta izstrādes gaitā, darba Empīriskajā daļā tiek pētīts un analizēts viesnīcu, viesu māju un hosteļu interjera iekārtojums un pakalpojumu klāsts , kā arī citos Latvijas rajonos un citviet pasaulē . Trešā - radošā daļa - ietver interjera projekta aprakstu, tā ekonomiskos aprēķinus un galvenās interjera projekta sastāvdaļas, kā arī vizuālos materiālus par radošo darbu. Darbs sastāv no anotācijas angļu un latviešu valodā, ievada daļas, teorijas daļām, praktiskās daļas un secinājumiem. Darbs sastāv no 79 lapaspusēm.

The topic of the dissertation is "The role of service design in the development of rural tourism". The topic of the research quite significant, because a carefully and qualitatively developed service design structure provides an understanding of the customer's wishes and promotes customer attraction, which is one of the main factors for a successful and profitable company. The author of this work chose this topic because she found it interesting and useful to study the possibilities provided by service design, the connection with user experience design and interior design. The author of the work is Evita Neimane, a fourth-year student at the University of Latvia(Latvijas Universitāte). The main goals of the bachelor's thesis “The role of service design in the development of rural tourism” are to create modern comfort and service requirements for the guest house (hostel), which will be located in the former Dobelnieki HES building, while creating a functionally and aesthetically suitable environment for different groups of travelers. history and functions of the house. The work consists of three parts - theoretical review; research methodology process, and creative part. The first part includes information on the origins of accommodation, the history of development in Latvia and elsewhere in the world, as well as an overview of the structure, classification and categorization of the accommodation sector. In order to obtain information and draw conclusions that would confirm the validity of the choice of accommodation type and be useful during the interior design, the Empirical part of the work studies and analyzes the interior design and range of hotels, guest houses and hostels, as well as in other districts of Latvia and elsewhere in the world. . The third - creative part - includes a description of the interior design, its economic calculations and the main components of the interior design, as well as visual materials about the creative work. The work consists of annotations in English and Latvian, introductory parts, theoretical parts, practical parts and conclusions. The work consists of 79 pages
