Savstarpējā mentordarbība topošo speciālās izglītības skolotāju labizjūtai

Abstract

Maģistra – skolotāja pieredzes darba “Savstarpējā mentordarbība topošo speciālās izglītības skolotāju labizjūtai” mērķis ir izpētīt, kā savstarpējā mentordarbība var sekmēt topošo speciālās izglītības skolotāju labizjūtu darba un studiju procesā. Tika veikts aptaujas pētījums, lai noskaidrotu speciālās izglītības skolotāju labizjūtu, un gadījuma pētījums, lai veiktu savstarpējo mentordarbību topošo speciālās izglītības skolotāju labizjūtas veicināšanai un izvērtētu savstarpējās mentordarbības atbalstu topošo speciālās izglītības skolotāju labizjūtā. Datu ieguvei tika izmantotas anketas un intervijas ar speciālās izglītības skolotājiem, topošo speciālās izglītības skolotāju naratīvi, refleksijas un dienasgrāmatas. Pētījuma rezultātā izpētītas savstarpējās mentordarbības veikšanas iespējas un izstrādāti priekšlikumi topošo speciālās izglītības skolotāju karjeras attīstībai un labizjūtas nostiprināšanai.

The aim of the Master's Paper-Teacher’s Portfolio “Mutual Mentoring for the Well-being of Future Special Education Teachers” is to study how mutual mentoring can promote the well-being of future special education teachers in the work and study process. A survey was conducted to find out the well-being of special education teachers and a case study was conducted to implement mutual mentoring in promoting the well-being of future special education teachers and evaluate the support of mutual mentoring in the well-being of future special education teachers. Questionnaires and interviews with special education teachers, narratives of future special education teachers, reflections and diaries were used to obtain the data. As a result of the research, the possibilities of mutual mentoring have been researched and proposals for the career development and strengthening of well-being of future special education teachers have been developed.
