Abstract

Ilzes Putniņas maģistra darba temats ir “SIA “Dimdiņi” saimnieciskās darbības analīze”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, izmantojot zinātnisko literatūru, analizēt un novērtēt SIA “Dimdiņi” saimniecisko darbību, konstatēt pastāvošos riskus saimnieciskajā darbībā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus, kas samazinātu konstatēto risku ietekmi uz finansiālajiem rezultātiem. Pamatojoties uz pirmajā nodaļā izpētīto teorētisko literatūru, maģistra darbā tiek veikta SIA “Dimdiņi” saimnieciskās darbības analīze, konstatēti pastāvošie riski saimnieciskajā darbībā – uzņēmuma debitoru parādi un izveidotā kapitāla struktūra, kas rada draudus uzņēmuma darbības turpināšanai, kā arī meklēti iespējamie risinājumi konstatēto risku labākai pārvaldībai. The theme of Ilze Putniņa's master's thesis is “Analysis of economic activity of Ltd “Dimdiņi””. The aim of the master's thesis is to analyze and evaluate the economic activity of SIA “Dimdiņi” using scientific literature, to identify the existing risks in economic activity and to develop proposals that would reduce the impact of the identified risks on the financial results. Based on the theoretical literature studied in the first chapter, the master's thesis analyzes the economic activity of SIA "Dimdiņi", identifies existing risks in economic activity - the company's receivables and capital structure, which poses a threat to business continuity, as well as possible solutions for better management.
