VSIA Latvijas Televīzijas saimnieciskās darbības analīze un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz speciālistu izstrādātajām saimnieciskās darbības analīzes metodēm, analizēt un novērtēt VSIA “Latvijas Televīzija” saimniecisko darbību, identificēt nozīmīgākās problēmas un izstrādā priekšlikumus turpmākai attīstībai. Darba teorētiskā daļa raksturo elektronisko plašsaziņas līdzekļu un Baltijas Valstu Televīziju saimniecisko darbību. Darbā ir veikta Latvijas Televīzijas saimnieciskās darbības rādītāju analīze un salīdzināšana ar nozares vidējiem rādītājiem, lai spētu noteikt vai Latvijas Televīzija strādā efektīvi un vai ir nepieciešami uzlabojumi uzņēmuma pārvaldībā. Nepietiekams finansējums un neefektīva finanšu resursu pārvaldība, kavē Latvijas Televīzijas attīstības iespējas, ko apstiprina darba izstrādē iegūtie rezultāti. Pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem autore izstrādāja priekšlikumus finanšu pārvaldes procedūru uzlabošanai.

The main objective of the master thesis is based on the methods of economic activity analysis developed by specialists, to analyze and evaluate the economic activity of VSIA “Latvijas Televīzija”, identify the most significant problems and develop proposals for further development. The theoretical part of the work describes electronic media and the economic activity of the Baltic Televisions. The analysis of Latvian Television economic performance indicators is performed in the work and compared with industry averages in order to be able to determine whether Latvijas Televīzija works efficiently and whether improvements in the company's management are needed. Insufficient funding and inefficient management of financial resources hinder the development opportunities of Latvian Television, which is confirmed by the results obtained during the development of the work hinder the development. Based on the obtained results, the author developed proposals for improving financial management procedures.
