Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Uzņēmuma SIA Mogotel konkurētspējas paaugstināšana ar personāla vadīšanas rīku pilnveidošanu”. Attīstoties izmitināšanas un tūrisma nozarēm, uzņēmumi strauji pievērš uzmanību uzņēmumu konkurētspējai. Tā kā izmitināšanas nozare ir viesmīlības aspekts, tad darbinieki ir viens no noteicošiem konkurētspējas spēkiem. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētiskiem aspektiem par personālu kā konkurētspējas vienu no nozīmīgākiem faktoriem un tā vadīšanas rīkiem, kā arī, balstoties uz SIA Mogotel darbinieku aptauju, izanalizēt uzņēmuma SIA Mogotel iespējas paaugstināt konkurētspēju, uzlabojot personāla vadīšanas rīkus. Darba nobeigumā apkopota iegūtā informācija un veikti secinājumi, kas noved pie galvenā darba rezultāta, ka ar personāla vadīšanas rīku uzlabošanu, uzņēmums ir spējīgs uzlabot savu konkurētspēju tirgū. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 89 lappusēm, tas satur 8 tabulas, 18 attēlus un 4 pielikumus. Darba ietvaros tika izmantoti 75 literatūras avoti.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Increasing the competitiveness of SIA Mogotel by improving personnel management tools". As the accommodation and tourism industries develop, companies rapidly pay attention to their competitiveness. As the accommodation industry is an aspect of hospitality, employees are one of the key competitive forces. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the possibilities of SIA Mogotel to increase competitiveness by improving personnel management tools, basing on theoretical aspects of personnel as the factor of competitiveness and its management tools, as well as basing on a survey analysis of SIA Mogotel employees. At the end of the work, the obtained information is summarized and conclusions are drawn, which lead to the main result of the work, that by improving personnel management tools, the company is able to improve its competitiveness in the market. The bachelor's thesis consists of 89 pages, it contains 8 tables, 18 figures and 4 attachments. 75 literature sources were used in the work.
