Darba samaksas analīze uzņēmumā SIA “Intar-sija”

Abstract

Diplomdarbs „Darba samaksas analīze uzņēmumā SIA Intar-sija”.Darba samaksa jebkurā uzņēmumā ir faktors,kas motivē darbinieku strādāt,pilnveidoties un attīstīt savas zināšanas. Darba samaksu ietekmē ne tikai cilvēka profesionalitāte, betarī valsts attīstības līmenis.Diplomdarba mērķis–pamatojotiesuz Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem,teorētiskianalizēt darba samaksas sistēmu unsalīdzināt nodokļu un ieturējumu ietekmi uz darba samaksas apmēru gadiem no 2015. gada līdz 2020. gadamLatvijā,kā arī veikt uzņēmuma darbasamaksas organizācijas un aprēķina analīzi,konstatējot tās nepilnības un izstrādāt priekšlikumus SIA “Intar-sijas” darba samaksas sistēmas pilnveidošanai.Diplomdarba ietvarosautore secina, ka uzņēmumā SIA „Intar-sija” ir konstatējamasnepilnības darba samaksasnorises procesā, ko autore detalizētāk analizējusi darba ietvaros. Dažas no konstatējamām problēmām skar, piemēram, prēmiju izmaksu pamatojoties uz objektīviem kritērijiem, kā arī algu sistēmas atbilstību veicamajiem darba pienākumiem. Visbeidzot, darba noslēgumā autore ir izstrādājusi priekšlikumus konstatēto nepilnību novēršanai.

Diploma thesis „Payroll analysis at the „Intar-sija”Ltd.”.Wage is a factor that motivates employees to workmore efficiently and develop their skills and deepen their knowledge at any company. The amount of wages isnot only influenced bythe level of professionalism, but also by the level of economical development of the country.The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyse the pay system and compare the impact of taxes and deductions on the amount of wages for the years 2015to 2020 in Latviabased on theoretical assessment of legislature of the Republic of Latvia, as well as to perform an analysis of the company's pay organisation and calculation, identifying its shortcomings and developing proposals for the development of the “Intar-sija” Ltd. payment system.Based on the assessments made, the author concludes that thecompany “Intar-sija” Ltd. hasissues regarding wage payments, which the author has analysed in more detail throughoutthe diploma thesis. Some of the identified issues concern, for example, the payment of premiums on the basis of objective criteria, as well as the compliance of the wage system with the work obligations to be carried out. Finally, based on the conclusions made, the author has developed proposals to address the identified shortcomings.
