SIA "Optic Guru" saimnieciskās darbības analīze un attīstības iespējas

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir analizēt un novērtēt uzņēmuma SIA “Optic Guru” saimniecisko darbību un sniegt priekšlikumus par attīstības iespējām nākotnē. Darba ietvaros tika veikta uzņēmuma SIA “Optic Guru” saimnieciskās darbības analīze un finanšu rādītāju salīdzinājums ar diviem konkurējošiem uzņēmumiem optikas nozarē. Maģistra darbā veiktā pētījumā rezultātā, tika secināts, ka 2018. gadā uzņēmumā notikusī reorganizācija nav labvēlīgi ietekmējusi saimnieciskās darbības un finanšu rādītājus. Pēc uzņēmumu apvienošanas, salīdzinot ar 2017. gadu, ir kritums komerciālai, aktīvu un pašu kapitāla rentabilitātei, kā arī likviditātes rādītājs ir zems, kas liecina par to, ka uzņēmums nav likvīds. Nākotnes attīstībai uzņēmumam jāpārskata gatavās produkcijas krājumu apjomus noliktavā, reinvestēšanas politika un apgrozāmo līdzekļu pārvaldes efektivitāti.

The title of the Master's work is an “Analysis of the economic activity and development opportunities of Optic Guru Ltd.” The aim of the Master's work is to analyse and evaluate the economic activities of the company Optic Guru Ltd., and to make proposals on its future development opportunities. As part of the work, an analysis of the economic activities of Optic Guru and a comparison of financial indicators with two competing companies in the optics sector was carried out. A study carried out by the Master concluded that the reorganisation of the company in 2018 did not have a positive impact on economic activity and financial performance. Following a merger of companies compared with 2017, there is a drop in commercial profitability, asset and equity profitability, and a liquidity indicator is low, indicating that the company isn't liquid. For future development, the company should review the stocks of finished products in storage, reinvestment policy and the effectiveness of managing current assets.
