Darba aizsardzības finansiālo aspektu novērtējums

Abstract

Ikvienam uzņēmumam neatkarīgi no nozares, kurā tas darbojas, un darbinieku skaita, ir jānodrošina darba aizsardzība. Tomēr regulāri darba aizsardzības prasības netiek ievērotas vai tiek parkāptas, jo pastāv uzskats, ka tās ieviešana rada tikai papildus nevajadzīgus izdevumus, pildot darba aizsardzības normatīvo dokumentu prasības. Darba mērķis ir, izpētot darba aizsardzības finansiālos aspektus un atklājot nepilnības to īstenošanā, sniegt priekšlikumus darba aizsardzības ieviešanas uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā autore izstrādā secinājumus un sniedz priekšlikumus darba aizsardzības ieviešanas uzlabošanai, balstoties uz darbā veikto analīzi un pētījumu.

Every company regardless of the sphere and number of employees have to provide the labour protection within the workplace in accordance to the law, however, the measures are ignored or breached on a regular basis. A common explanation for the breaches and avoidance to fully comply is the financial burden that might come with it. The aim of this research is to give suggestions on how to better introduce the labour protection measures by taking into account the financial aspects and common shortcomings in the current processes. At the end of the thesis the author makes conclusions and gives suggestions for improved implementation of the labour protection based on the research and analysis.
