Latvijas futbola federācijas stratēģijas pilnveides iespējas.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Latvijas futbola federācijas stratēģijas pilnveidošanas iespējas”. Darba pētījums ir par stratēģiskā plāna pilnveides iespējām lielākajā un finansiāli turīgākajā sporta federācijā, kuras attīstības virziens cieši ietekmē futbola jomas attīstību. Latvijas futbola federācija ir izstrādājusi astoņu gadu attīstības plānu, tomēr futbola sabiedrībā trūkst pārliecības par stratēģiskā plāna realizāciju tās rīcības plānu iztrūkuma un tehnisko neprecizitāšu dēļ, kas var paildzināt jomas konkurētspējas trūkumu un stagnāciju. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noteikt Latvijas futbola federācijas stratēģijas pilnveides iespējas, kas stratēģiskā plāna realizāciju un futbola jomas attīstību. Veicot LFF faktiskās darbības un stratēģijas novērtējumu, kā arī īstenojot iekšējās un ārējās vides analīzi, darbā tiek pilnveidota uzņēmuma misija, vīzija un mērķi, kā arī definētas pamatvērtības, uzdevumi un rīcības mērķu sasniegšanai. Darba apjoms ir 83 lapaspuses, tas satur 12 attēlus, 22 tabulas un 13 pielikumus. Darba ietvaros izmantoti 66 literatūras avoti.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Strategy improvement posibilities of the Latvian football federation". The research is about the possibilities of the strategic plan improvement in the largest and most financially prosperous sports federation, the development direction of which closely influences the development of the football field. The Latvian Football Federation has developed an eight-year development plan, however, the football community lacks confidence in the implementation of the strategic plan due to the lack of action plans and technical inaccuracies, which may prolong the lack of competitiveness and stagnation in the field. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to improve the strategy of the Latvian Football Federation, which would promote the implementation of the plan and the development of the football field. By assessing the actual activities and strategy of LFF, as well as implementing the analysis of the internal and external environment, the company's mission, vision and goals are improved, as well as the core values, tasks and actions to achieve the goals are defined. The volume of the work is 83 pages, it contains 12 figures, 22 tables and 13 appendices. 66 literature sources were used in the work.
