Iekšējās un ārējās vides analīze un tās pilnveidošana AS "SEB banka".

Abstract

AS SEB banka ir kapitālsabiedrība, kura darbojas saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas likumiem, kā arī uzņēmuma statūtiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noteikt uzņēmuma iekšējās un ārējās vides ietekmējošo faktoru ietekmi, tiks izstrādāta SVID analīze un tiks novērtēts risku līmenis pēc to iestāšanās varbūtības un radītajām sekām, kā arī veikti turpmākās darbības priekšlikumi risku mazināšanai un pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba izstrādes gaitā, veicot AS SEB iekšējās un ārējās vides analīzi, autors noteica uzņēmuma stiprās un vājās puses, uzņēmuma iespējas un draudus. Pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem secinājumiem, autors noteica uzņēmuma darbības riskus, veica iekšējās un ārējās vides analīzi, kā arī izvirzīja priekšlikumus vadībai, risku samazināšanai.

AS SEB bank is a capital company operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, as well as the company's articles of association. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine the impact of factors influencing the company's internal and external environment, SWOT analysis will be developed and the level of risks will be assessed according to their probability of occurrence and consequences, as well as proposals for further risk reduction and improvement. During the elaboration of the bachelor's thesis, the analysis of the internal and external environment of JSC SEB determined the company's strengths and weaknesses, the company's opportunities, and threats. Based on the obtained conclusions, the author determined the company's operational risks, performed an analysis of the internal and external environment, as well as put forward proposals for management and risk reduction.
