Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis – pamatojoties uz motivācijas teorētiskiem aspektiem un aptaujas rezultātiem, izpētīt motivācijas sistēmu uzņēmumā Sportland, atklāt nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām – pirmajā sniegts ar motivāciju saistītu jautājumu skaidrojums, otrajā – novērtēta pētāmā uzņēmuma Sportland darbība, trešajā – apkopoti uzņēmuma Sportland darbinieku viedokļi par dažādiem motivējošiem un demotivējošiem faktoriem. Darba noslēgumā sniegti secinājumi un priekšlikumi uzņēmuma Sportland īstenotās motivācijas sistēmas kontekstā. Darbs sastāv no 61 lppaspuses., tajā ir 7 tabulas, 14 attēli un tas satur 3 pielikumus.

The aim of the thesis is to explore the motivation system in the company Sportland basing on theoretical grounds of motivation and results of the survey, to discover the improvable issues and elaborate proposals for the improvement of motivation system. The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with explication of issues relevant in motivation research. The second chapter evaluates the current activities of the company Sportland. The third chapter of the thesis discloses the summarized opinion of the employees of the company Sportland on different motivating and demotivating factors in their daily job. The last part of the thesis gives conclusions and comes up with the improvement proposals in the context of the motivation system applied in the company Sportland. The thesis consists 61 pages, and includes 7 tables, 14 pictures and 3 annexes.
