Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Automatizācijas ieviešanas iespējas ēdināšanas tipa uzņēmumos”. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo ēdināšanas nozare saistīta ar vienu no galvenajām cilvēku fizioloģiskām vajadzībām. Kā vienu no iespējamajiem attīstības virzieniem, autore gribētu piedāvāt pievērst lielāku uzmanību tieši automatizācijas ieviešanas iespējam ēdināšanas uzņēmumos. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izanalizēt situāciju Latvijas ēdināšanas nozarē, noskaidrot tās tendences un problēmas, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus automatizācijas ieviešanas iespēju izmanošanai ēdināšanas uzņēmumu procesu efektivitātes uzlabošanai un atbilstoši arī veiksmīgai ēdināšanas nozares attīstībai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa ir teorētiska. Autore analizē zinātnisku un mācību literatūru, lai izprastu termina „automatizācija” nozīmi, nepieciešamību u.c. Otrā nodaļa veltīta tieši Latvijas ēdināšanas nozares situācijas analīzei. Trešajā nodaļā tika apkopoti

The theme of the Master’s thesis is „Opportunities of automation integration in catering companies”. It is higly relevant topic as the catering industry is linked to one of the most basic human physiological needs. As one of the possible directions of development, the author would like to offer to pay more attention to the opportunities of automation implementation in catering companies. The aim of the paper is to analyze the situation in the Latvian catering industry, to figure out its tendencies and problems, as well as to make proposals for the use of automation implementation opportunities to improve the efficiency of catering companies' processes and the successful development of the catering industry. Master’s thesis consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter is theoretical. The author analyzes scientific and educational literature in order to understand the meaning, necessity, etc. of the term “automation”. The second chapter is dedicated to analysis of the situation in the Latvian catering industry. The third chapter summarized the results from the previous two chapters and analyzed the expert interview.
