Projekts: SIA"A.K.7" darbības pilnveidošana

Abstract

Transports mūsdienu pasaulē ir ļoti svarīgs, jo tas ļauj veikt tirdzniecību starp pircēju un pārdevēju, tas ir svarīgs arī civilizācijas attīstībai. Transportam ir svarīga loma ekonomikas izaugsmē un globalizācijā. Neviens 21. gadsimtā nevar iedomāties dzīvi bez pārvietošanās un kustības. Cilvēks un tā darbība ir pakļauti tam, cik mobils tas var būt. Tieši tāpēc maģistra darba ietvaros tika izstrādāts projekta darbs: SIA “A.K.7” darbības pilnveidošana. Projekta ideja ir pilnveidot jau esošu uzņēmumu, piedāvājot jaunus pakalpojumus – kravu un pasažieru pārvadājumus. SIA “A.K.7” ir uzņēmums, kas jau vairāk kā 15 gadus atrodas Latgalē, Balvos un nodarbojas ar auto evakuāciju un tehnisko palīdzību uz ceļa. Savā darbības laikā uzņēmums ir ieguvis klientu uzticamību un atpazīstamību Latgalē. Konkrētā projekta ideja radās aplūkojot sociālo tīklu lietotni “Facebook.com”. Šajā lietotnē ļoti daudzi cilvēki meklē transporta pakalpojumus, lai nokļūtu uz Rīgu, Balviem, vai citām Latvijas pilsētām. Tā kā uzņēmums jau pastāv un nodarbojas transporta nozarē, tad projekts tiks realizēts Balvos. Pakalpojumi tiks piedāvāti Balvos un Gulbenē. Tiek uzskatīts, ka , lai realizētu šādu projektu nav nepieciešams liels pamatkapitāls.

People and their activities are exposed to how mobile they can be. That is why the project work was developed within the framework of the master's thesis: improvement of the operation of SIA “A.K.7”. The idea of the project is to improve an existing company by offering new services - freight and passenger transportation. SIA "A.K.7" is a company that has been located in Latgale, Balvi for more than 15 years and is engaged in car evacuation and technical assistance on the road. During its operation, the company has gained the trust and recognition of customers in Latgale. The idea of the specific project came from looking at the social networking application "Facebook.com". In this app, a lot of people are looking for transport services to get to Riga, Balvi, or other Latvian cities. As the company already exists and operates in the transport sector, the project will be implemented in Balvi. Services will be offered in Balvi and Gulbene. It is considered that a large share capital is not required to implement such a project. It will be necessary to buy two cars - one for passenger transportation and the other for cargo transportation.
