Studiju kredītu iespējas Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Studiju aizdevumi ir nepieciešami daudzu iedzīvotāju vidū, kuri ir topoši vai esoši studenti, taču nav spējīgi ieņemt budžeta vietu augstākās izglītības iestādē, kā arī ir finansiālās grūtības, lai patstāvīgi apmaksāt izvēlētās studijas. Bakalaura darba ‘’Studiju kredītu iespējas Baltijas valstīs’’ izstrādāts ar mērķi, pamatojoties un teorētisko informāciju, statistiskiem rādītājiem, kā arī uz Latvijas Republikas, Lietuvas Republikas, Igaunijas Republikas iedzīvotāju aptaujas, izpētīt studiju nozares rādītājus, studiju aizdevumu ietekmējošos faktorus, to nepieciešamību, popularitāti, kā arī pieejamo kredītiestāžu piedāvājumus. Izstrādāt priekšlikumus Latvijas Republikas, Lietuvas Republikas, Igaunijas Republikas pārvaldēm, institūcijām, lai uzlabotu studiju aizdevumu pakalpojumu kvalitāti, piedāvājumus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajās nodāļā teorētiski tiek izvērtēta studiju aizdevumu nepieciešamība, un veikta salīdzināšana starp Baltijas valstīm, balstoties un katras valsts likumdošanas pamata. Otrajā nodaļā autore veic statistiskos rādītājus, kuri attiecināmi uz Baltijas valstu studiju nozares attīstību kā arī salīdzinātas kredītiestādes, kuras sniedz studiju aizdevumu pakalpojumus. Trešajā daļā veikta Baltijas valstu iedzīvotāju aptauja un analizēti rezultāti. Darba apjoms ir 71 lpp., tajā skaitā ir 9 attēli, 16 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. Izmantotās literatūras sarakstā ir 33 avoti.

Many people who are future or current students but are not able to take a government financed place in a higher education institution or have financial difficulties to pay for their studies, need study loans. The bachelor's thesis "Study Credit Opportunities in the Baltic States" has been developed with the aim, based on theoretical information, statistical indicators, as well as surveys of residents of the Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Estonia. There were considered study sector indicators, factors which influence need, popularity and offers of study loans. To develop proposals for the administrations and institutions of the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Estonia in order to improve the quality of study loan services and offers. The bachelor's thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter theoretically evaluates the need for study loans and makes a comparison between the Baltic States, based on the legal framework of each country. In the second chapter, the author shows statistical indicators related to the development of the study sector in the Baltic States, as well as compares credit institutions that provide study loan services. In the third part, a survey of Baltic States region was conducted, and the results were analysed. The amount of work is 71 pp., including 9 pictures 16 tables and 2 annexes. The list of used literature includes 33 sources.
