Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Rīgas dzīvokļu tirgus nozares analīze un tās attīstības iespējas, novērtējot SIA Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks praktisko piemēru”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, izpētot Rīgas dzīvokļu tirgus izmaiņas un aktualitātes, kā arī novērtējot SIA Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks gada pārskata praktisko piemēru, atklāt trūkumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus debitoru parādu un uzkrājumu problemātikas risināšanai, kā arī dzīvojamā fonda attīstībai. Bakalaura darbam ir četras daļas. Pirmajā daļā raksturoti debitoru parādu un uzkrājumu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā - nekustamo īpašumu tirgus raksturojums. Trešajā daļā veikta RNP debitoru parādu un uzkrājumu analīze. Ceturtajā daļā prognozētas dzīvokļu tirgus attīstības iespējas. Darba noslēgumā izdarīti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi dzīvokļu tirgus attīstībai. Atslēgvārdi: dzīvokļu tirgus, Rīga, debitoru parādi, uzkrājumi, dzīvojamais fonds. The theme of Bachelor’s thesis is “Analysis of apartment market in Riga and development opportunities, estimating practical example of SIA Rigas namu parvaldnieks”. The Bachelor’s thesis aims to discover shortcomings and to draw up propositions for further development of the residential fund and solving problems of receivables and savings, by studying the changes and topicalities of the Riga apartment market and estimating the practical example of the SIA Rigas namu parvaldnieks. The Bachelor's thesis consists of four parts. The first part contains the theoretical aspects of customer debt and accruals analysis. The second part describes the real estate market. The third part consists of the analysis of receivables and accruals, that are based on the financial statements of the RNP. The last part predicts apartment market development opportunities. At the end of the thesis, the author has drawn conclusions and made proposals for further development and improvement of the Riga’s apartment market.
