Bakalaura darbs “Emocionālās un kultūras inteliģences nozīme pārdošanā strādājošajiem un to saistība ar individuālajiem pārdošanas rezultātiem starpkultūru kontekstā” tika izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot vai starp emocionālo un kultūras inteliģenci un pārdošanas rezultātiem pastāv būtiska saistība, esot kritiskām kompetencēm un nošķirot viduvēju pārdevēju no izcila, strādājot dažādu kultūru saskarsmē. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, bakalaura darbā ir apkopoti un analizēti jau esoši pētījumi attiecībā uz emocionālās un kultūras inteliģences saistību ar pārdošanas rezultātiem, kā arī izstrādāts kvantitatīvais pētījums, lai noteiktu šo saistību starptautiskā tiešās pārdošanas uzņēmumā, izmantojot N. Shutte emocionālās inteliģences pašnovērtējuma skalu (SREIT) un Ang kultūras inteliģences pašnovērtējuma skalu (CQS) un sasaistot iegūtos rezultātus ar objektīvajiem pārdošanas rezultātiem. The bachelor thesis “The role of emotional and cultural intelligence in sales and its relationship with individual sales performance in the context of intercultural differences” was developed to determine whether there exists a significant relationship between emotional and cultural intelligence and sales performance and whether these can be considered as critical competencies by distinguishing an average salesperson from an excellent in cross-cultural situations. In order to achieve this goal, the bachelor thesis summarizes and gives analyses of existing researches on the relationship between emotional and cultural intelligence and sales performance, as well there is a quantitative study conducted to determine this relationship in an international direct sales company using N. Shutte emotional intelligence self-assessment test (SREIT) and Ang developed cultural intelligence scale (CQS) and linking the results obtained with the objective sales performance.
