Darbā secināts, ka Spānijas, Itālijas, Lielbritānijas un Francijas tirgi ir ar augstu eksporta potenciālu, it īpaši, “craft beer” nišā, kā arī SIA “Užavas alus” ir konkurētspējīgs attiecībā pret šo valstu alus ražotājiem, tāpēc ieteicams uzsākt eksportu caur mērķa valstu distributoriem, izmantojot izmaksu fokusa konkurētspējīgo priekšrocību stratēģiju As Ltd. “Užavas alus” grows and expands, it is necessary to find new markets for its products. Although the company is showing good performance in the Latvian beer industry, the market is too small, so it is necessary to look beyond the borders of Latvia. The export of beer produced in Latvia provides a contribution to both the company and the national economy as a whole, also the company can invest the profits in further development. The aim of this thesis is to develop an export strategy of Ltd. “Užavas alus” to European countries, based on the statistics of beer market trends in European countries and the opinion of industry experts. The paper concludes that the Spanish, Italian, British and French markets have high export potential, especially in the “craft beer” niche, as well as Ltd. “Užavas alus” is competitive in relation to the beer producers of these countries, therefore it is recommended to start exporting through distributors using a cost/focus competitive advantage strategy.
