Abstract

Bakalaura darbu izstrādāja Elīna Muhina un darba temats ir "Darbinieku apmierinātība ar dabu uzņēmumā SIA "Termex" un tās paaugstināšanas iespējas" Darba mērķis: izpētīt personāla apmierinātību ietekmējošos un kavējošos faktorus uzņēmumā SIA "Termex" un izstrādāt priekšlikumus neapmierinātības novēršanai. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiks apskatīta teoriju izveidošanās vēsturiskā skatījumā, kurā ietverta apmierinātības ar darbu jēdziena skaidrojums un apmierinātības ar darbu teoriju klasifikācija. Otrajā nodaļā tiks pētīta apmierinātība ar darbu uzņēmumā SIA "Termex", kurā būs ietverts pētījuma bāzes raksturojums un metožu izvēles pamatojums, kā arī pētījuma rezultātu analīze. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka uzņēmumā SIA "Termex" darbinieki ir apmierināti gandrīz ar visiem pastāvošiem faktoriem, bet pastāv viens kavējošais faktors. Darba apjoms ir 72 lapaspuses, kuras ietver 10 tabulas, 20 attēlus, literatūras un avotu saraksts sastāv no 29 avotiem un 2 pielikumiem. The Bachelor’s thesis was written by Elina Muhina and the topic of the thesis is "Employee job satisfaction with work in company "Termex" and it’s increasing possibilities". The goal of the work: to study the factors influencing and hindering employee satisfaction in the company "Termex" and to develop proposals for the prevention of dissatisfaction. The first chapter of the work will look at the formation of theories from a historical point of view, which includes an explanation of the concept of job satisfaction and the classification of job satisfaction theories. In the second chapter, the satisfaction with work in the company "Termex" will be studied, which will include the description of the research base and the justification of the choice of methods, as well as the analysis of the research results. The result of the research show that the employees of company "Termex" are satisfied with almost all the existing factors, but there is one hindering factor.
