Organizācijas procesu pilnveide uzņēmumā SIA GRIFS AG.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Organizācijas procesu pilnveide uzņēmumā SIA GRIFS AG”. Darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz Lean filozofijas teorētiskajām atziņām, izstrādāt rekomendācijas organizācijas procesu pilnveidei uzņēmumā. Bakalaura darba pamata daļa ietver trīs nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā autors iepazīstina ar Lean rašanās vēsturi, pamatprincipiem un plašāk pielietotajām metodēm uzņēmumu efektīvākas vadīšanas ieviešanā. Otrajā nodaļā autors sniedz informāciju par uzņēmumu un ieviestajām vadīšanas metodēm. Pēdējā nodaļā tiek izvērtēti vairāki procesi uzņēmumā, atklājot esošās problēmas un iespējamos procesu pilnveides soļus, balstoties uz Lean metodēm. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā autors izdara secinājumus un sniedz priekšlikumus organizācijas procesu pilnveidei uzņēmumā. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 63 lapaspuses, tajā iekļauti 8 attēli, 11 tabulas un 1 pielikums. Darba izstrādei izmantoti 33 literatūras avoti.

The topic of the Bachelor's Thesis is “Improvement of organizational processes in the company GRIFS AG Ltd”. The aim of the work is to research the organizational processes of GRIFS AG Ltd, based on the theoretical findings of the LEAN philosophy by identifying possible developments in the improvement of organizational processes. The main part of the Bachelor's Thesis includes three chapters. In the first chapter, the author presents the history of LEAN development, the basic principles and more widely used methods to implement more efficient business management. In the second chapter, the author provides information about the company and the implemented management methods management. The last chapter evaluates several processes within the company, revealing existing problems and possible process development steps based on LEAN methods. In the final chapter of the Bachelor's Thesis, the author draws conclusions and provides proposals for the improvement of organizational processes in the company. The volume of the Bachelor's Thesis is 63 pages, it includes 8 figures, 11 tables and 1 appendix. For the development of the Bachelor’s Thesis were used 33 literature sources.
