Sociālā uzņēmējdarbība - darba iespējas personām ar garīgā rakstura traucējumiem

Abstract

Valsts apgādībā esošo personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem uzturēšana un darbavietu radīšana ir viena no aktuālākajām problēmām. Sociālās uzņēmējdarbības prioritāte, izmantojot biznesa metodes, ir radīt augstu sociālo pievienoto vērtību. Viens no risinājumiem ir sociālā uzņēmējdarbība un veidi, kā integrēt darba tirgū cilvēkus ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem. Maģistra darba “Sociālā uzņēmējdarbība – darba iespējas personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem” pētījuma mērķis ir izvirzīt iespējamos risinājumus, nodrošinot iespēju strādāt algotu darbu personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumu daļas, priekšlikumu daļas, izmantotās literatūras un avotu daļas un pielikumiem. Maģistra darba ietvaros analizēta sociālās uzņēmējdarbības attīstība un funkcijas, kā arī pētīti zinātniskie raksti, vēsturiskie aspekti par sociālās uzņēmējdarbības aizsākumiem. Salīdzinātas un analizētas likumsakarības par definīcijām un autoru teorijām. Analizēti sociālās uzņēmējdarbības veidi par personu ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem nodarbinātību. Maģistra darbā secināts, ka Latvijā praktiski strādā tikai viens sociālais uzņēmums, kas nodrošina darba iespējas personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem. Vadoties pēc dažādu autoru teorētisko un praktisko pētījumu rezultātiem, autores veikto ekspertu aptauju, autore ir apkopojusi informāciju un izstrādājusi sociālās uzņēmējdarbības modeli personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem nodrošināt darbu. The support of state-dependent persons with mental disabilities and the creation of jobs is one of the most pressing problems. The priority of social entrepreneurship, by using business methods, is to create high social added value. One of the solutions is social entrepreneurship and ways to integrate people with mental disabilities into the labour market. The objective of Master Thesis “Social entrepreneurship: job opportunities for persons with mental disabilities” is to put forward solutions for possibility of persons with mental disabilities to be engaged in paid employment. The Master Thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusions, suggestions, list of literature and sources, and appendix. In Master Thesis there were analyzed the development and functions of social entrepreneurship as well as studied scientific articles, and historical aspects of the origins of social entrepreneurship. There are analyzed and compared regularities of definitions and of authors’ theories in the study, as well as forms of employment for persons with mental disabilities in social entrepreneurship. The Master’s Thesis concludes that there is only one social enterprise in Latvia providing employment opportunities for people with mental disabilities working in practice. Based on the results of the various theoretical and practical studies of the authors, the Author has gathered information and developed a social entrepreneurship model for people with mental disabilities in providing work.
