Abstract

Veicot uzņēmuma darba samaksas sistēmas analīzi, tā vadībai ir iespēja automatizēt darba samaksas aprēķinu un izvairīties no riskiem nākotnē kā arī pieņemt pamatotus lēmumus sistēmas uzlabošanai uzņēmuma darbības pilnveidošanai . Mērķis – pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma darba samaksa sistēmas izpēti, veikt SIA ‘’RCI Gulbene’’ grāmatvedības sistēmas analīzi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākās programmas pilnveidošanai. Rezultāti – autore ir izpētījusi teorijā aprakstāmos darba samaksa veidus, raksturojusi SIA ‘’RCI Gulbene’’ darbību, iepazinusies un izpētījusi uzņēmuma darba samaksas sistēmu, izdarījusi secinājumus, kā arī devusi priekšlikumus darba samaksas sistēmas pilnveidošanai nākotnē.
