Informācijas iegūšanas paņēmieni, līdzekļi un veidi noziegumu apkarošanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek aprakstīti vairāki noziedzīgas informācija iegūšanas veidi, ka arī problēmas, kuras ir saistītas vai var rasties mēģinot izmantot saņemto informāciju un pielietot to. Tāpat, šajā darbā tiek pacelta problēma par kriminoloģiju, kā zinātni, kura nav attīstīta un līdz ar to noziedzības stāvoklis valstī var pieaugt.

The bachelor's thesis describes several ways of obtaining criminal information, as well as problems that are related or may arise when trying to use the received information and apply it. Also, this work raises the issue of criminology as a science that is not developed and, consequently, the crime situation in the country may increase.
