Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Laulāto personiskās tiesības ģimenes tiesiskajās attiecībās” apskata ne tikai Civillikumā minētās laulāto personiskās tiesības, bet arī citu nacionālo normatīvo aktu regulējumu sasaisti ar tām. Darbā izklāstīts laulāto uzvārda izvēles regulējums, kārtība, kādā notiek laulāto atvietošana, laulāto pienākums būt savstarpēji uzticīgiem un kopīgi rūpēties par ģimenes labklājību, tiesības patstāvīgi rīkoties ar savu mantu nāves gadījumam, kā arī laulāto vienādu tiesību ģimenes kopdzīves kārtošanā regulējums. Pētījumā izmantotās metodes ir literatūras studijas, tiesību teoriju pielietošana, normatīvo aktu un pieejamās juridiskās prakses analīze, salīdzināšanas metode. Veicot literatūras studijas, autore pamatā pievērsa uzmanību latviešu, krievu un angļu valodā pieejamajai literatūrai. Darba apjoms ir 42 lapas un 61 bibliogrāfiska norāde. Darbs var tikt izmantots turpmākos pētījumos par laulāto personisko tiesību ģimenes tiesiskajās attiecībās regulējumu Latvijas Republikā un to attīstībā vai grozījumu veikšanā. Bachelor thesis „Personal Rights of Spouses in Family Legal” is a research not only about the spouses` personal rights in the Civil law regulation, but also in connection with other national legislation. The research describes regulation of spouse`s surname choice, the possibility of spouses to replace each other, spouses` duties to be mutually faithful and to take care of the welfare of the family together, the right to act according to his or her will with his or her property in the case of death, as well as spouses` equal rights in family cohabitation. The methods used in the research are literature studies, application of legal theories, analysis of regulations and available legal practice, comparative method. While studying the literature the author mainly focused on the literature available in Latvian, English and Russian languages. Bachelor thesis consists of 42 pages and 61 references. This research can be used in further research about the regulation of spouses` personal rights in family law in the Republic of Latvia as well as their development or at the time while making amendments.
