Abstract

Lai arī būvdarbu veicēja pienākums atlīdzināt trešajām personām būvniecības procesa laikā nodarītos zaudējumu un būvdarbu veicēja atbildība pret trešajām personām ir aktuāls jautājums Latvijas būvniecības nozarē, Latvijas tiesību praksē šis jautājums nav bieži izskatīts. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt juridisko literatūru, tiesu praksi, normatīvo regulējumu attiecībā uz būvdarbu veicēja pienākumu atlīdzināt trešajām personām nodarītos zaudējumus būvniecības procesa laikā Latvijā, un noskaidrojot tiesu regulējumu un problemātiku, piedāvāt veikt likuma grozījumus un papildinājumus. Although the obligation of the construction contractor to compensate third parties for the damage caused during the construction process and the liability of the construction contractor towards third parties is a topical issue in the Latvian construction industry, this issue is not often considered in Latvian legal practice. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the legal literature, court practice, regulatory framework regarding the obligation of a construction contractor to compensate third parties during the construction process in Latvia, and to clarify the court regulation and issues, to propose amendments and additions to the law.
