Attīstoties ambulatorajai aprūpei otorinolaringoloģijā ir svarīgi izvērtēt operāciju kvalitāti, pielietotā materiāla un dzirdes uzlabošanās efektivitāti. Šīs retrospektīvais pētījums sniedz ieskatu par ausu operāciju veidiem, revīzijas operāciju nepieciešamību atkarībā no operāciju tehnikas un izmantotā materiāla. Darba mērķis: Veikt ausu operāciju rezultātu analīzi pacientiem, kam veiktas operācijas “Headline” privātklīnikā laika posmā no 2011. gada janvāra līdz 2019. gada decembra mēnesim. Darba uzdevumi: 1. 2. Novērtēt revīzijas operāciju incidenci pacientiem, kam veiktas dzirdes kauliņu ķēdes rekonstrukcijas operācijas, izvērtēt pielietotos protēžu veidu un, to saistību ar revīzijas operāciju nepieciešamību un antibakteriālo terapiju. 3. With the development of outpatient care in otorhinolaryngology, it is important to evaluate the quality of operations, as well as the effectiveness of the material used and the improvement of hearing. This retrospective study provides an insight into the types of ear surgeries, the need for audit surgeries depending on the surgical technique and the material used. Aim of the study: To perform the analysis of the results of ear surgeries for patients who underwent surgeries in the “Headline” Private Clinic from 2011 January to December 2019. Tasks: 1. To evaluate the hearing impairment threshold of patients after the air conduction threshold (AC) from the audiometry of the reconstruction of the auditory stones performed before and after the operation. Determine the efficiency of the operation based on audiometry (AC) data. 2. To evaluate the incidence of audit surgeries in patients who have undergone auditory circuit reconstruction surgeries, to evaluate the type of prostheses used and their connection with the need for audit surgeries and antibacterial therapy. 3. To perform an analysis of the operations of the mastoidectomy technique and to evaluate the incidents of audit operations related to the type of mastoidectomy technique and antibacterial therapy. 4. To evaluate the types of ear surgeries and the complaints of the first postoperative visit related to these surgeries, the number of visits and the number of days until the first visit. 5. To summarize the use of antibiotics in different types of ear surgery and the schemes of used antibiotics. Main results: The average improvement of the air conduction threshold of stapedplastic / ossiculoplasty is by 19.62% (CI from 15.49 to 23.75 dB), statistically believable difference (t (39) = 9.61; p <0.05; d = 1.11) with extremely large effect, correlation is positive and close (| r | = 0.733; p <0.001). PORP prosthesis correlates with the need for revision surgery (p = 0.020) and the use of systematic antibiotics postoperatively (p = 0.001). No statistically significant correlation was found between canal wall up or canal wall down mastoidectomy and the incidence of revision operations (px = 0.922). There is no statistically significant correlation between the types of ear surgery and the incidence of complaints after the first postoperative visit (px = 0.437), but there is a correlation between the number of visits and the number of days until the first visit (p <0.001).
