Pacientu pašaprūpe agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc apendektomijas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu pašaprūpe agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc apendektomijas.” Tēma ir aktuāla, jo apendektomija ir viena no biežākajām operācijām. Latvijā gadā tiek veiktas ap 5000 apendektomiju. Pacientu atrašanās laiks stacionārā pēc operācijas parasti ir ļoti īss, tādēļ ir ļoti svarīgi, lai pacienti spētu veikt pašaprūpi, taču praksē ir vērojams, ka pacientiem iztrūkst informācijas par pašaprūpes veikšanu. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu pašaprūpi agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc apendektomijas. Pētniecības uzdevumi - veikt literatūras analīzi par pacientu pašaprūpi pēc apendektomijas, analizēt Dorotejas Oremas (Dorothea Orem) pašaprūpes teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darbu, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu un veikt pētījumu, apkopot, analizēt iegūtos rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums – Kāda ir pacienta pašaprūpe agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā pēc apendektomijas? Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka pacienti ir spējīgi veikt pašaprūpi, taču ne pilnvērtīgi, jo pacientiem trūkst pārliecības, kā arī ir vērojama nedrošība. Pacientiem pašaprūpē grūtības sagādā tieši operācijas brūces aprūpe un kontrole. Atslēgas vārdi: pašaprūpe, pēcoperācijas periods, apendektomija, izglītošana.

Bachelor research theme is “Patients self-care in the early postoperative period after appendectomy.” The problem is topical, because appendectomy is on of the most common operations. In Latvia per year performed about 5000 appendectomies. The lenght of time patients are hospitalized after surgery is usually very short, so it is very important for patients to be able to take care of themselves, however, in practice, patients lack information on self-care. Aim of research is to finde out patients self-care in the early postoperative period after appendectomy. Tasks of research are to perform an analysis of the literature on patient self-care after appendectomy, to analyze the theory of self-care of Dorothea Orem connection with a bachelors research tool and to conduct research, summarize, analyze the obtained results and draw conclusions. Question of research – What is the patient self-care in the early postoperative period after appendectomy? The results of the research show that patients are able to take self-care, but not fully, because patients lack belief, as well as insecurity. Patients in self-care difficulty is caused by surgical wound care and control. Keyword: Self-care, postoperative period, appendectomy, education.
